Scenes from Acadia National Park

Hello again! I guess it’s been a few years since I’ve blogged here. Turns out, I miss it. I tried branching off to a different blog that focused mostly on photography, but I missed writing about my experiences, too.

So I’m back. And I might as well start with the road trip I took back in July with my friend Erica. We traveled through Maine and New Brunswick to stay several days in Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia. We didn’t stop long in Maine — just enough time to visit Acadia National Park and get a huge rock chip in the windshield of our rental car that began to crack and continued until we had a nice diagonal across the passenger side of the car.

But it was worth seeing Thunder Hole and viewing the panorama from the top of Cadillac Mountain.

And of course, we had time for a delicious dinner on the water in Bar Harbor.
